Roddy Piper’s daughter, now 23 years old, has started acting under the name “Ariel Toombs”.

The St. Cloud State University Chronicle out of Minnesota is currently running an editorial, stating that professional wrestling should be accepted into the state’s history of sports.

To explain why SmackDown stars continue to appear on Raw (and why Raw stars appeared on SmackDown last Friday) despite a draft being held last week, Michael Cole explained on commentary last night that the draft moves won’t fully go into effect until after Backlash. Monday night’s episode of Raw featured five stars from SmackDown competing in matches including Chris Jericho, CM Punk, Kane, Melina and Rey Mysterio. Likewise, last week’s episode of SmackDown featured a total of eight stars from Raw including Triple H, Randy Orton, Big Show, Maryse, Montel Vontavious Porter and Matt Hardy, not to mention a main event pitting Batista against Ted DiBiase.

The WWE website has posted an article touting last Thursday’s debut of WWE Superstars on WGN America. Between the series premiere at 8:00 p.m. and replay at 11:00 p.m., the program delivered a combined 1.2 coverage household rating in 863,000 TV households with 1,299,000 total viewers.
