Following his UFC 141 loss to Alistair Overeem, Brock Lesnar has been medically suspended by the Nevada State Athletic Commission.
According to the announcement by the NSAC, Lesnar is, “suspended until June 28 due to an abdominal injury, though he can be cleared early by a physician.” This is nothing out of the ordinary as numerous UFC fighters are suspended after their fights. It’s done as a way to protect them.
Lesnar as previously reported retired from MMA after the bout.
