— WWE sent out the following apology email about the AXXESS issue:
On behalf of WWE and Ticketmaster, we sincerely apologize for the technical issues with the WrestleMania Axxess ticket pre-sale earlier today.
Due to a Ticketmaster programming issue, while some fans were able to purchase VIP tickets, many fans were unable to secure their desired tickets.
Ticketmaster has worked very hard to resolve this issue and are back online with available tickets.
Please note that there are extremely limited VIP tickets available for Edge, CM Punk, Randy Orton and Chris Jericho.
VIP tickets for John Cena, Triple H and Shawn Michaels are currently unavailable, but a limited quantity of additional tickets for all VIP sessions will be available for the public on-sale this Saturday at 10am ET.
Thank you and again, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
