— Rapper Machine Gun Kelly was interviewed by WWE Magazine about his song “Invincible” being used as one of the theme songs for Wrestlemania 28, specifically for the John Cena video package. He said: “Like me, I consider John Cena to be an underdog; The Rock is like this flashy Hollywood guy. You can’t give him a song like “Invincible” because no one would believe it. John Cena is all about being loyal to the fans, and so am I. I just dig him as a person. I saw the video they made, and the whole thing was intense. I loved all of it.”
— New Line Cinema is moving forward with a sequel to Journey 2: The Mysterious Island. Producers told Entertainment Weekly that The Rock’s character in the movie is returning, but didn’t say if The Rock himself would return. Producers are looking at a 2014 release.
— As a reminder, The Rock is booked for every RAW through April 2nd, which is the day after WrestleMania.
— The newest children’s themed book from WWE will be titled The General Manager’s Handbook, and was written by Jake Black.
