— We noted last week that WWE is planning to bring Madusa to WrestleMania weekend, likely to do interviews for the WWE Network. WWE is looking to have one woman inducted into the Hall of Fame each year so it’s possible they could choose her for a future induction. Madusa had a ton of heat on her after trashing the Women’s Title on WCW Nitro years ago and back in 2001, she was considered off-limits to be signed by the company.
— WWE recently signed college wrestler Derek Foore, who we have wrote about in the past and who resembles a young Kurt Angle. Foore has a good athletic physique and was scouted by Gerald Brisco at last year’s NAIA Championships. Foore is moving from Ohio to Florida this coming week to begin work at WWE developmental.
— The latest word on Evan Bourne is that he is on a list of talents that won’t be pushed after WrestleMania 28 but that could change due to depth issues and other factors. As we have noted, Bourne has been discussed for a United States Title feud with Jack Swagger.
