» Tommy Dreamer did have options with TNA and shots on the independent scene, but the general feeling was that staying with WWE was a safer bet this late in his career.

» The term “FCW Universe” is now being used amongst commentators Josh Mathews and Dusty Rhodes during developmental’s weekly Florida Championship Wrestling television show. The move was apparently sudden as a few weeks ago during a show, there were about a half-dozen or so references to the term when it had never been used before.

» Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s next movie project will be an action drama called “Faster” with CBS Films and Sony. The film starts shooting in August in New Mexico and has been described as a cross between “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly” and “Unforgiven.” This would be Johnson’s first action movie in years as he stated publicly that he wanted to establish himself as a more versatile actor and that the action projects he was given weren’t of good enough quality.
