WWE Hosts Blame WCW For ‘Ruining Everything’, & More

— WWE will hold a SmackDown live event on July 28 at Freedom Hall Civic Center in Johnson City, Tennessee. Tickets go on sale May 19.

— Us Weekly reports that Mark Wahlberg got his buffed up look for Pain and Gain after being inspired by his co-star The Rock’s workout routine. Wahlberg didn’t use steroids for the role, instead taking it as a challenge to match the Rock physically by training non-stop. In the movie, the two play bodybuilders who abuse steroids.

Also mocked is a WCW vignette featuring Raven as a spoiled rich kid with hardcore wrestling icon The Sandman appearing as his preppy neighbor Jim at his childhood home’s pool.
