— Earl Hebner tweeted the following today, confirming our earlier report that he has re-signed with TNA: “I signed with TNA for 2013. This is home for me. When I leave, my ref shirt and boots will be hanging on TNA ring ropes.”
— Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal spoke with Sherdog and said that he will do a few TNA shows a month. Lawal said: “MMA will come first, and pro wrestling will be second – a close second. I’ll do a few (pro wrestling) shows a month and then I’ll train. If I have a fight coming up, I won’t be doing shows or taping.” As to his character, Lawal said, “They (TNA) told me I’m going to be King Mo. Maybe we’ll refine some things at OVW, but as far as everything goes, from what I’ve understood, I’m going to be an MMA fighter that steps foot in the squared circle. I’m going to be me.”
— Here is Kurt Angle talking about some of the latest TNA news. Angle talked up Brooke Hogan’s signing with TNA and shared an anecdote about her wanting to tear her shirt off like Hulk Hogan does and talked about King Mo signing, saying that a match between him and Mo was “inevitable,” though he noted he would be in Mo’s corner for Bellator fights.
