CM Punk’s Rumored SummerSlam Opponent, EVOLVE Note

— DGUSA/Evolve announced today that NWA Heavyweight champion Colt Cobana will appear at their events in Florida on June 28 and June 29. He will also do commentary for both shows.

— The EVOLVE show on June 28 in Ybor City, Florida will an iPPV on WWNLive.com. It has not been reported if the June 29 or June 30 shows will also be iPPVs.

— CM Punk is reportedly scheduled to wrestle Big Show at SummerSlam.

The two previously faced off at the pay-per-view event in 2010, with Big Show defeating Punk, Joseph Mercury and Luke Gallows in a 3-on-1 Handicap Match. This year’s show takes place August 19 at the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, California.
