— According to Variety, Ashley Bell and Neal McDonough have joined the Miz in The Marine 3. McDonough will play the chief villain “determined to unleash an elaborate attack on American soil.” Miz is set to play a Marine Sergeant who returns home to discover that his sister (played by Bell) has been kidnapped by McDonough’s character. Bell also has a role on The Day, which WWE studios bought the rights to last year.
— Ezekiel Jackson was backstage at last Tuesday’s SmackDown taping in Columbia, South Carolina, but not used. He also did not participate in this weekend’s SmackDown live event tour. He stated on Twitter that he will be attending tomorrow’s SmackDown taping in Manchester, New Hampshire.
