— As noted yesterday here on the website, court documents filed in the TNA vs. WWE lawsuit case note that TNA “officially terminated” Ric Flair effective 5/11/12. As reported on Sunday, WWE noted in their company statement that Flair had been fired by TNA several weeks before TNA filed a lawsuit against them claiming they were attempting to sign Flair. TNA claimed in the lawsuit that Flair had no showed the Sacrifice PPV on 5/13, two days after he was terminated by the company.
— Tensai was backstage at Monday’s RAW SuperShow at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York but not used on either the broadcast, WWE Superstars or in a dark match. It is the first Monday show since his return to WWE in April in which he did not appear at all. The character is reportedly being repackaged.
