Austin Aries Offers Update On X Division Title + BFG Series

— Austin Aries provided an update on the status of the X Division title via Twitter. He tweeted: “To be clear: I will vacate my X-Division Championship for a shot at the TNA World Heavyweight Championship at Destination X. HOWEVER…. I will officially keep my (X Division) title until July 8th, the day of the PPV, to keep my collateral and guard against being left empty handed……if shenanigans try to prevent my World Title shot, like @REALBobbyRoode catching Chickenpox or excessively pulling his groin until blind.” The post was later re-tweeted by the official TNA account.

— After Friday night’s “Basebrawl” show in Buffalo, New York, TNA will head to Canada for shows tonight (Oshawa, Ontario, Canada at General Motors Centre) and Sunday (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada at Hamilton Convention Centre)
