I can now confirm that the word going around Florida Championship Wrestling is that DH Smith will be called up to Raw, either this week or next week, and be added to the Legacy alongside Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes. That is a change in the original plans.
Samoa Joe and Bubba Ray Dudley are still working injury angles, but both are expected back soon. Joe was actually brought back at the last Impact taping, but TNA officials changed their minds and didn’t air the segment.
One major firing that took place last week amidst WWE’s major staff layoff was that of Geoff Rochester, an officer in the company and head of WWE’s marketing division. Rochester held the position for nearly three years, which is considered to be a lengthy period of time because of the high turnover rate in the department. He did a solid job in his position, but was known internally for “rubbing people the wrong way.”
