A Minor Win For WWE In TNA Lawsuit, X-Division, More

— The TNA vs. WWE lawsuit saw a minor a win for WWE today. The Nashville Chancery Court granted WWE’s motion to change the judgment from last month calling for TNA’s temporary restraining order against the company to be dissolved. The company had argued that the wording was prejudicial toward TNA.

The court has set a new hearing for July 13th to hear WWE’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. Both sides have filed a ton of paperwork, meaning there will be hefty legal fees for both sides.
