— Jim Ross was on The Ref 1400 AM in Norman, OK today and when asked about whether he would be appearing at next week’s 1.000th RAW, he stated that he will be in town for the show. Ross also went on to say that while he will be in town, he has no idea what his role will be.

— As noted yesterday here on the website, CM Punk posted the following on Twitter… “(Jim Ross) Should call the title match next week on the ‪#RAW1000‬ show. (John Cena) let’s make it happen.” Jim Ross re-tweeted the message to his followers.
