— As noted earlier here on the website, there is a major tryout planned during or just after the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view festivities. The tryouts will feature a mix of local independent wrestlers and the talents that WWE has recently recruited.
— Luke Robinson of WWE Tough Enough fame is telling friends that he is moving on from pro wrestling. He owns a fitness business in the state of Maine and isn’t looking to do much on the independent scene as he’s looking for $350 for bookings and also has shoulder issues.
— Once Chris Jericho leaves WWE following SummerSlam, he’ll be working on a third book.
