— Thursday night’s episode of iMPACT! Wrestling scored a 0.89 (0.9) cable rating, with 1.21 million viewers. Those number are down 11% and 15.7% in viewership from last week’s 1.00 (1.0) and 1.40 million viewers. It is also the lowest viewership during the summer run outside of the July 12th episode, which aired during the DirecTV/Viacom dispute.
The show ranked #43 among cable shows for the night, #22 among males 18 – 34 and #12 among males 18 – 49. It took a hit in younger viewers, down 0.2 in the teen male demographic and 0.1 in the male 12 – 34 and male 18 – 34 demos. Males 18 – 49 and adults 18 – 49 were even with last week. The show’s competition was the NFL pre-season game and the Olympics. The NFL game did a huge rating so that likely took a big chunk out of TNA’s audiance.
