– If you rent the WWE Unforgiven 2008 DVD from Netflix, the disc sleeve for the event says the following: “Grab a ringside seat for another installment of the WWE’s spectacular annual event that brings he best wrestlers from all three brands — Raw, Smackdown and ECW — into one ring for a night of unbelievable action and drama. Among the names appearing at Cleveland’s Quicken Loans Arena are Kane, Mean Mark Callous, John Cena, Rey Mysterio, Chris Jericho, Shawn Michaels, CM Punk, Big Show and Matt Hardy.”

– In memory of Lia Maivia, Afa The Wild Samoan and his wife Lynn will be holding a fundraising event in Florida, through their nonprofit organization.

– The Associated Press has posted the top cable programs from July 27th through August 2nd. The USA network holds 6 of the top 10 spots, two of which are the two hours of WWE Raw in 4th and 5th place (10PM: 3.95 million homes, 5.85 million viewers and 9PM: 3.84 million homes, 5.67 million viewers). TNT’s The Closer took the #1 spot.
