According to The Chicago Tribune, Midway Games is selling their San Diego studio and related assets to THQ for $200,000. THQ handles the WWE video games, but the TNA license was not a part of the sale. While Midway is the middle of filing for bankruptcy, TNA has been told that they still have plans for the 2nd game, which had already started being developed.
