Fozzy Gaining Popularity, SummerSlam Attendance, RAW

— WWE RAW will return to Nashville, Tennessee on October 15 at the Bridgestone Arena. A ticket-presale begins today with the password MARK. The advertised main event is CM Punk vs. John Cena.

— WWE SummerSlam from Los Angeles, California had a live attendance of 17,482 people with about 14,000 paid.

— The new album from Chris Jericho’s band Fozzy, Sin and Bones, sold 3,400 copies in the US on its first week of release to debut at #143 on the Billboard 200. It debuted at #1 on the Heatseekers chart. The last album, Chasing The Grail, sold 2,200 copies in 2010, which is a sign that the band is gaining popularity. Jericho will be off of television for the next few months while he tours with the band.
