Buff Bagwell Returns To The Ring Tonight + Williams/Shelley

The match will open the show as Shelley will have to fly out to California right after in order to make a Sunday show for New Japan Pro Wrestling.

— The LWF: Lucha Libre Spectacular will be featuring a roster of former WWE and American pro-wrestling stars for a tournament they have scheduled. On their official website they have confirmed appearances from Carlito, Chris Masters, Jacob Nova, former DGUSA champion Johnny Gargano, the ROH TV champion Adam Cole, Ricochet and Willie Mack. The tournament has dates of September 15, 22, and 29. LWF and El Jaguar De Colombia will feature the tournament to determine four new champions in the Heavyweight, Middleweight, Light Heavyweight and Latin American divisions.

— Almost four months after a very serious car accident, Buff Bagwell is scheduled to return to a wrestling ring tonight in a tag team match at Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling’s Superbrawl event in Virginia. Bagwell’s tag team partner is set to be former WWE and TNA wrestler, Matt Hardy. The event is a fundraiser for the Halifax County High School Athletic Department. Also set for the show is Scott Steiner vs. Gunner in the main event. And in the Ladies Title match it will be Matt Hardy’s real-life girlfriend Reby Sky facing Jayme Jamison.
