Site note from Ryan Clark: I will be in and out this weekend due to my birthday falling on Sunday. I’ll be at Saratoga racetrack tomorrow followed by a big Strikeforce/Jeff Lacy vs. Roy Jones Jr. bash here at the house. It may be a slow weekend news wise but I’ll be back on Sunday for the TNA Hard Justice PPV. I’ll celebrate my birthday here with all of you doing TNA PPV play by play! Diehard baby, diehard! Be good and enjoy the weekend guys!

Clark sent this in: Today while driving to work, they ran an ad for the ECW and Smackdown tapings in Kansas City, Missouri advertising the main event for Smackdown as Jeff Hardy vs CM Punk for the World Heavyweight title in a cage match. Note from Ryan Clark: This taping takes place this Tuesday, August 18.

The release date for Dwayne Johnson’s new movie, Planet 51, is 11/20.

Terry sent this in: Hey Ryan, just letting you know that those rumors of Adamle guest hosting are completely made up. There is a wrestling board on the gamefaqs website, and there is a topic there about trying to trick the dirtsheets. The first trick they are doing is having everyone report that Adamle said he was going to be guest host on some interview. Nobody will ever find the interview, because it does not exist.
