‘Taker’s Return Feud Revealed, New SSlam Match, iMPACT! Update

After their brief match on RAW, Jack Swagger vs. MVP has been added to Sunday’s SummerSlam Pay-Per-View.

The Undertaker is expected to feud with CM Punk upon returning, according to sources. WWE had originally planned for him to return by SummerSlam, but that’s been pushed back. WWE creative has been told to come up with ways to slowly build towards Undertaker’s return, including lights flickering, etc.

As noted late last night here on the website, Spike TV and TNA announced a new, three-year extension of their partnership. TNA iMPACT! will air on Spike TV through 2012. The deal also includes the addition of a new original series of ten, one-hour specials to be aired on the network. Dixie Carter held a meeting at yesterdays TNA iMPACT! tapings announcing the new deal to the talent. The news was greeted with a round of applause from the staff and roster.
