— Gabe Sapolsky and ROH’s Cary Silkin crossed paths on Saturday for the first time since Sapolsky was fired from Ring of Honor. Both were attending the CHIKARA King of Trios event in Easton, PA. Word is that the meeting was short, cordial and that Sapolsky hugged Silkin.
— At this time, there is no word on venues for the announced DGUSA events in November in New York City. Sapolsky has noted that he is nervous about running NYC. The promoter who got the promotion into BB Kings is doing site surveying this week on a new potential Manhattan venue and they are looking at a Queens location as well. The feeling is that the announced event for Philadelphia will end up in Voorhees, NJ.
