Vince McMahon was the one who directed the entire scene of Jerry “The King” Lawler returning to Memphis. Monday is obviously the busiest day of the week for McMahon, due to the production of Monday Night RAW, but he flew from Connecticut to Montreal on Monday in his personal jet to pick Lawler up from the hospital.
They then flew to Memphis together and WWE filmed the scenes with Lawler arriving. McMahon then returned to Connecticut for Monday Night RAW.
McMahon is also the one responsible for the new “Long Live The King” shirt that is now on sale.
