— The final WWE SmackDown taping of 2012 takes place Sunday, Dec. 30 at The Richmond Coliseum in Richmond, Virginia.

— Dolph Ziggler has been announced to appear at the New York Comic Con on Saturday at the Javits Center 655 W. 34th St. New York, New York. Other wrestling stars appearing at the four-day event beginning Thursday includes Booker T (Saturday), Angelina Love, Velvet Sky, the former Bella Twins, Rosita (Saturday and Sunday), “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan (Saturday and Sunday), Vader (Thursday and Sunday), Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake, Greg “The Hammer” Valentine and Kevin Nash (Friday and Sunday).
