Multiple sources within TNA feel BG James is at high risk of losing his job as backstage agent. One company source noted that James appears to be “hanging by a thread” and speculated that TNA would probably line up a replacement before letting him go since he was the only person going on the road for live events after Dutch Mantel was released and before Scott D’Amore was brought back. The former WWF tag team champion had a falling out with Jeff Jarrett this past summer, so it’s unlikely that he would be let go as a result of his longtime friendship with him.
As reported yesterday here on the website, both Jenna Morasca and TNA Wrestling agreed to part ways after both sides could not reach an agreement when her contract came up for renewal.
TNA’s house show on October 23rd, 2009 has been moved to the Emil & Patricia A. Jones Convocation Center at Chicago State University in Chicago, Illinois. This is the second time that the event changed venues. The original locations were the Civic Center in Hammond, Indiana and the Sears Center in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. (Thanks to Devin Cutting)
