WWE is currently planning out their WWE films schedule over the next two years. At this time, they would like to have CM Punk star in a movie, but also do not want to have him miss time from his normal schedule. While Randy Orton has worked TV and missed live events while working on his film, WWE wants to keep Punk on live events to help sell tickets.

WWE is also considering a fourth Marine movie, but going in a different direction, with Eve Torres starring in the film.
