Ric Fair was in Charlotte last night, but was not backstage at RAW. Flair was said to be at his home in Charlotte and WWE decided against using him due to the ongoing lawsuit between WWE and TNA.

With RAW being in Charlotte and Flair pulling out of upcoming independent bookings, there was a lot of speculation that he would appear on RAW last night.
