At this time, WWE is looking to end the CM Punk vs. John Cena feud by the time the Royal Rumble comes around. The idea is to finish what didn’t get to conclude due to Cena’s injury in the month of October.

WWE had considered booking a CM Punk vs. John Cena vs. Ryback main event for Survivor Series, but opted to go with the traditional Survivor Series tag team match instead. The idea at this time is to end the feud by the time “WrestleMania season” rolls around.
