New information has come out regarding Jeff Hardy’s Friday arrest for drug trafficking, specifically, what led police to search his home in the first place.

According to North Carolina’s FayObserver.com, Chief Deputy Neil Godfry of the Moore County Sheriff’s Office says that the Fayetteville Police Department actually received a tip several days ago that Jeff Hardy was in possession of a large quantity of drugs. That tip led to an investigation and subsequently, a search warrant.
