The latest on the TNA vs. WWE lawsuit is that there has been no movement on it within the courts since August 20th. While there seems to be this assumption that the lawsuit would prevent WWE from hiring talents that worked for TNA, there is no standing order that would hold up any potential signings.
At this time, the only restraining order currently is against former TNA and WWE office worker Brian Wittenstein.
