WWE’s Quarterly Dividend & Next Shareholders Meeting & More

— As noted earlier, Darren Young will be out for around six months with a knee injury, forcing him to miss WrestleMania 29. Young injured his knee during the Royal Rumble match last month.

— WWE announced today that the company’s regular quarterly dividend will be $0.12 per share for all Class A and B shares of common stock. The record date for the dividend will be March 15th and the payment date will be March 25th.

— WWE announced this morning that the Annual Shareholders Meeting will be take place on April 26th at 10:00 AM EST at WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. The meeting is open to any shareholders as of close of business on March 4th.
