TNA Wrestling has teamed up with Always Evolve to create one of the most revolutionary fitness applications on the market. With Always Evolve CEO Larry Johnston’s “5-and-Hold Workout” at its core, the “Always Evolve” app combines the workout program with motion-capture and 3D modeling technology, allowing the user to exercise alongside their favorite TNA Superstars.

The app, launching today, will debut with “The Charismatic Enigma” JEFF HARDY as your workout partner. The Hardy avatar will lead you through the four-week “Always Evolve” workout regimen, which activates all types of muscle fibers — slow-, intermediate- and fast-twitch muscle groups.
