— TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter announced Wednesday afternoon that Jeff Hardy will return to action at this Sunday’s Slammiversary pay-per-view event.

“Spoke w/@JeffHardyBrand & he’s ready to return to action. Happy to announce he’ll be back at #Slammivesary. Tune in Thurs (9-11pm) to hear,” she wrote.

Hardy has not appeared on TNA Wrestling programming since the April 11 episode of iMPACT! Wrestling, where he was defeated by Bully Ray in a Full Metal Mayhem Match for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.
