— Bellator CEO Bjorn Rebney posted the following on Twitter today…
It’s a very good day here in Newport Beach. Welcome to the @BellatorMMA family @Rampage4real pic.twitter.com/bEtefiAuak
— Dixie Carter also tweeted the following:
MMA Icon, Movie Star & now @IMPACTWRESTLING Superstar! Welcome Quinton “Rampage” Jackson (@Rampage4real) to the family.
For those asking, yes, this is TNA’s “big” signing. It’s a pretty big deal as anyone who has followed UFC/MMA knows that “Rampage” has always been interested in pro wrestling. He can also cut one hell of a promo and has a lot of people excited about his upcoming debut. As of now, plans are in place to bring “Rampage” in to both TNA and Bellator in the fall. We’ll keep you posted as we hear more.
