Before his retirement, Edge always had a good backstage reputation for being able to put together a great match with anyone.

Currently, CM Punk, Chris Jericho and Daniel Bryan are said to be amongst the talent in the locker room that are known for consistently putting together great matches. Basically, they can make “anyone look good” in the ring and are praised backstage for it.
