Notes On Jeff Hardy, SummerSlam, Piper Surprises Kimmel, More

Yesterday the complete listing for the WWE’s 3-DVD set: WWE’s Legends of Wrestling Collection was announced. It now appears as if there will be a special Six-DVD Best Buy version. The additional DVD’s will cover Roddy Piper and Terry Funk, Hulk Hogan and Bob Backlund and Andre the Giant and The Iron Sheik. There is no word on how much the set will cost yet.

The pre-sale code, for the March 2nd WWE house show Boston, MA is “INSIDERS”. The sale has already started.

Jeff Hardy will be on the cover of the next WWE Magazine.

WWE will be releasing the Summerslam Anthology in separate volumes, beginning in March.

During Mickey Rourke’s appearance, WWE Hall of Famer Rowdy Roddy Piper made a surprise appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night.

Behind Enemy Lines – Colombia, which is a WWE Films production and stars Mr. Kennedy, debuted at #18 in DVD rentals this week.
