John Cena Posts Injury Update & Very Graphic Photo

WWE Superstar John Cena tweeted another injury update today. Today, he included a very graphic photo of the healing process he is currently going through in his rehab. Cena tweeted:

Daily dose of scar stuff. Will post some less gut wrenching pics of rehab later #evenstronger @WWEUniverse @eonline
