TMZ reports that John Cena has been sued by a worker that handled renovations on his Florida home in 2010, who claims he was injured in the process.
Dale Ducharme alleged that he fell off from faulty scaffolding that was provided by Cena for the project. Ducharme says it was Cena’s responsibility to make sure the scaffolding was safe to use. He is seeking $15,000 for claims that he’s unable to work, injury, pain, and “disfigurement.”
Cena’s reps have not yet commented on the story.
