WWE HOF’er Not Doing Well, Tons Of ROH News, Manu Turns 24

WWE Hall of Famer “Rowdy” Roddy Piper is not doing well these days. He recently pulled out of a number of previously scheduled appearances.

In today’s wrestling birthdays, Bruno Sammartino turns 75, Manu turns 24, and Barry Darsow turns 50. Today also marks the ten-year anniversary of the passing of WWE Hall of Famer Gorilla Monsoon.

Austin Aries and Davey Richards vs. The Briscoes will headline the ROH return to Indianapolis on October 10th.

Delirious will be a part of the Pro Wrestling NOAH Junior Heavyweight tournament, which begins on October 17th.

ROH Champion Austin Aries will defend the ROH Title on October 15th in Morristown, TN against Sigmon. The bout is being announced as the first world title defense in the city in 15-years.

KENTA will be working all the ROH November events.
