Robbie E. Reveals How He Came Up With His Gimmick, Hogan

— Robbie E. did an interview with NJ.com in which he talked about how much time he had to come up with his Jersey Shore-inspired character. He said: “I had about three hours to become a whole new character.”

His wife Marlene said she doesn’t watch iMPACT! because she’s worried he’ll get hurt, but she supported the character. She added: “I was amused by it in the beginning. Now, I think he’s perfect for that part.”

The interview also features quotes from TNA agent Pat “Simon Diamond” Kenney. It mentions that Robbie has his teaching degree, giving him something to fall back on if he ever has to leave wrestling. The interview was to promote the TNA live events in Philadelphia and Westbury, New York.
