According to sources, Shad Gaspard, claiming illness, pulled out of his scheduled match last night at the WWE Smackdown tapings. Gaspard claimed he was suffering from, “flu like symptoms”, including stomach pains. He was then instructed to seek medical attention, and JTG took his spot in the tag match, which was said to be “at the last minute”. Gaspard was gone from the building before the match finished taping.

It is noted that some in the company are skeptical of his illness, as he seemed fine until it came time to tape his segment and was seen later in the evening at the hotel. JTG was involved in the finish of the match, which was originally planned for Gaspard.
