According to a report by The Pittsburgh Channel Kurt Angle had a protection from abuse order against him dismissed by an Allegheny County judge on Monday.
Michael Santicola, Angle’s attorney, stated that the PFA was voluntarily withdrawn by Biggers and that both she and Angle have agreed to stay away from each other.
This puts an end to the legal drama that has surrounded Angle since his arrest in September. Angle was arrested last September after allegedly stalking Biggers shortly after he was served with this protection order. All charges related to the arrest have now been dropped.
