Jeff Hardy returns to court tomorrow for his probable cause hearing. If it is determined that he committed the crimes he is charged with, the case will then go to the grand jury. If it goes that far, the grand jury would then decide whether or not to criminally indict Hardy. If he is indicted, the case would then go to superior court, unless there is a plea bargain made at some point. The case was continued from last month, which was partially due to results of a drug test not returning. Jeff Hardy is facing the following charges:
*Felony possession of cocaine.
*Felony drug trafficking of opium
*Felony possession with intent to redistribute a Schedule III drug (two counts).
*Maintaining a dwelling for drug use and/or distribution.
*Possession of drug paraphernalia. (misdemeanor)
