— Daniel Bryan will have neck surgery today. Dr. Joseph Maroon will perform the procedure. Once the surgery is complete, and it is known how bad the damage is, WWE will make a decision on the future of the WWE Title. At this time, the surgery is believed to be minor and that Bryan will be out around two months.

— NBC Universal has their upfronts today for their cable networks. It has been expected that WWE will be staying with NBC Universal, and if that is the case, it should be announced today. The Bella Twins have been announced as appearing at the event.
