Why Paul Heyman & Cesaro Were Kept Off RAW

Cesaro and Paul Heyman were intentionally kept off Monday’s edition of RAW. WWE did this because they were going to feature the two on WWE Main Event, and wanted to use them to give people an incentive to watch the show.

This is similar to what they did with John Cena the week before.
