— Friday would have marked the 69th birthday of Freebird Buddy Roberts.

— KENTA is scheduled to make his final Pro Wrestling NOAH appearance tonight (Saturday). The appearance will take place at a New Japan Pro Wrestling event at Korakuen Hall and the show has been sold out for nearly two weeks now. For what it’s worth, NJPW wrestler Takashi Sugiura told Tokyo Sports that KENTA is headed to WWE and will debut this summer with the NXT crew. As of this writing, WWE has yet to confirm the signing.
