Batista ‘Quits’ WWE On RAW + Superstars Matches Taped

— As seen on this week’s WWE RAW broadcast, Batista “quit” WWE in the opening segment as he demanded Triple H give him a match with Daniel Bryan for the WWE World Heavyweight Title. When Triple H refused, Batista said he quit and walked out. When they returned from the break, “Big Dave” cut a worked-shoot promo about being promised things ever since he returned and none of those promises have come true. As we’ve been reporting, Batista is taking time off to do some promotional work for Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. He’s also been frustrated for several months now for the exact same reasons he mentioned during his backstage promo. The early world is that he’ll be back in time for SummerSlam in August.
