Hello, everyone, and welcome to TPWW.net, The People's Wrestling Website on this - for some reason - feelgood Monday evening. ECW held its annual stellar PPV, November to Remember last night and there were several noteworthy situations that took place at the event, ranging from various injuries to another ECW star leaving for "greener pastures" in the WWF. So without further delay, here are today's news and rumors.

The Sinister Minister was injured in a freak accident backstage before last night's ECW November to Remember PPV. According to Dave Scherer, while the Sinister Minister, real name Jim Mitchell, was preparing the pipe-like object that he was going to use to shoot fire out of, something went wrong and it fired back, injuring both his hand and stomach. Part of Mitchell's left index finger was torn from his hand, which had also been badly burned. His wrist was also cut, causing severe bleeding. However, the worst part of the injury was reportedly a bullet sized hole in his stomach, caused from the pipe shooting out shrapnel. Mitchell underwent surgery today on his stomach and will undergo surgery on his injured left hand tomorrow. He is thankfully expected to be fine.

Also last night at the ECW November to Remember PPV, Chris Chetti lost a "loser leaves town" match against Nova, meaning he now must "leave" ECW. According to Dave Scherer, the WWF has expressed serious interest in Chetti, who is the cousin of the WWF's Tazz, and have reportedly signed him to a deal. Chetti met with Jim Ross and other WWF officials at the October 24th Smackdown taping and the WWF was apparently impressed with him and decided to bring him in. He is expected to begin working dark matches soon before eventually settling into a television role.

One half of the Baldies, Angel, suffered first and second degree burns to his shoulders and head, according to Dave Scherer, after being powerbombed by Balls Mahoney through a flaming table during last night's "Flaming Tables" match at the ECW PPV. When watching the stunt, it definitely didn't seem safe at all and it's a shame ECW didn't take proper precautions to prevent any burns like this from happening. But either way, Angel is hardcore for taking that bump.

Remaining on the subject of ECW injuries, Mikey Whipwreck's injury angle at last night's ECW PPV was just that - an angle. It was done simply to lead to the return of Super Crazy, who really looked impressive to me at the PPV. The balcony moonsault was amazing.

And in the final ECW PPV tidbit, several WCW superstars were reportedly backstage at the PPV last night meeting with friends, including Lance Storm, Shane Helms, and Shannon Moore.

You can expect the following matches on tonight's edition of Raw is War:
- Stone Cold & The Rock vs. Kurt Angle & Rikishi
- Steve Blackman vs. Kane - Hardcore Title
- T&A; vs. Too Cool
- Undertaker vs. Val Venis
- Hardy Boyz vs. Right to Censor - Tag Titles
- The return of Vince McMahon?

And flipping to the other side of the coin, you can expect the following on tonight's WCW Nitro:
- Goldberg vs. Bam Bam Bigelow
- Jindrak & O'Haire vs. 3 Count vs. Jung Dragons - Tag Titles
- General Rection vs. ? - US Title
- Ric Flair makes a "State of WCW" address
- The return of a former champion. (DDP?)
- Natural Born Thrillers go after Shawn Stasiak
- Appearances by: Booker T, Steiner, Jarrett, Awesome, and many more.

Bobby the Brain Heenan has been released by WCW, according to Dave Scherer. WCW reportedly did not feel they needed to pay Heenan such a high salary for his "reduced duties," which recently consisted of working on WCW Worldwide, WCW's syndicated weekend wrap up program. However, WCW may decide to sign Heenan once again for a much lower amount, although that is not confirmed at this time. Heenan was definitely one of my favorite announcers in WCW and if he is in fact gone, it's too bad. But hey... last I heard, he was still on good terms with the WWF...

WCW.com has added a special sub-site dedicated to Bill Goldberg. You can check it out HERE.

Speaking of sites, ECW's Scotty Anton has opened his own official website. You can check it out at ScottyAnton.com.

I recently saw "Charlie's Angels," and in one of the final scenes, Drew Barrymoore is given a Stone Cold Steve Austin "Rattlesnake" t-shirt and actually wears it for a few minutes of the movie. While I'm at it, the movie was pretty good and no matter what anyone says about Drew Barrymoore, she is friggin' hot. Hey, just thought I'd throw that in.

And with that, it's time to wrap this one up. Of course, we're on the eve of election day, the day that could change our lives as we know it (... well, not really) here in the United States. My personal pick for president? Ralph Nader. Sure, he isn't going to win the election, but why waste your vote on Bush or Gore (Go Bush... I guess)? Need a reason to vote for Nader? Well, here's twenty of them. Last I checked, Nader had 4% of the polls. If he can get 5%, that means good things for the Green party so vote Nader! Until next time...
